  • 50 gr of brown sugar.
  • 90 g of unsalted butter.
  • 70 gr of honey.
  • 1 egg.
  • 100 gr of cake flour.

1. Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180o with heat up and down. Pour the brown sugar, diced butter, and honey into a saucepan over low heat. We have used orange tree honey, but you can use the one you like best.

2. Beat the mixture until all ingredients are completely integrated and remove from heat. Let it warm, and then add the egg. Keep beating. Add the sifted flour and stir until the dough is homogeneous.

3- Place a sheet of parchment paper on a tray, and with the help of a small spoon, form medium circles with the dough.

4- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cookies turn a nice golden color.

5- Let warm, and finally, place them on a rack until they cool completely. You can sprinkle a little icing sugar as a presentation.
