1. Wash and peel the pear and cherries, remove the stones and chop them. Do the same with the banana. Cut a melon slice, remove the seeds and cut it into pieces.

3. Crush the banana in the blender, add to the previous mixture and beat everything together so that it is finer and integrated.

4. Squeeze the tangerine and add the juice to give it the flavor you want, more or less sweet. If the porridge is too liquid, you can crush the segments and add the pulp, removing the seeds well, or add a gluten-free cookie.
